Warwick expands Fiji footprint with two new properties

The Fiji Government has announced that the Warwick Group of Hotels will develop two new resort properties in Fiji: the Golden Tokatoka Resort near Nadi and the Silver Crescent Resort on the Coral Coast.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka welcomed the investment as a strong vote of confidence in Fiji's tourism sector and its long-term prospects. He noted that the projects will create both construction and permanent jobs, and generate opportunities across the wider tourism supply chain — including transport, hospitality, retail, agriculture and other local services.

Tourism growth trajectory

The developments are expected to support Fiji's ambition of attracting 1.25 million visitors and generating $4 billion in tourism earnings by 2027. The announcement also recognised the Warwick Group's three decades of investment in Fiji.

Tourism is a key pillar of Fiji's economy. Infrastructure investment by established operators like Warwick reinforces the sector's resilience and growth potential.

The Warwick Group operates multiple properties in the Pacific and has a long-standing presence in Fiji, making it a familiar brand for both international and domestic travellers.
